Procurement would benefit greatly from this. Most vendors do not accept links from outside sources because of security reasons. Because of this, you need to download the PO as a PDF first and then send an email out from your own email. This adds an extra step that can add up when sending multiple PO's a day. Being able to do this through DTools and have it send the PDF version of the PO would improve efficiency
Being able to send the PO along with a quote makes sense so that vendors can process PO's with the quoted pricing
