When in inventory, you can assign products to all projects where that item exists.
We have projects that have been revised or archived due to having to redo the proposal. But when reserving items for a project, we still have the archived projects in the list of projects items can be assigned to, which is confusing and may be misleading for the amount of stock or items needed to have on hand in order to cover all projects.
Assigning items from inventory should only be possible for active projects.
