It would be beneficial to be able to Draft a Purchase Order without choosing the vendor first. That way, a distributor/vendor can be chosen which has the best pricing, terms, freight deals, etc. from among the many that products can often be sourced from. Moving the PO status to Draft Completed would then lock in whatever vendor is chosen. The PO could still be canceled, per current functionality.
