Create QR labels that can be scanned to pull up the inventory listing for pools tracked items. This will streamline the process for adding/removing inventory, and also help keep inventory counts accurate.
Our current process when field techs need to grab non-allocated parts is to fill out a sign out form. However, the field techs often don't have the correct part number/name/etc we need to identify exactly what is taken (eg, they will put "1/2in connector" but we need to know if it's part number 2002, 2902, or NMLT50). This frequently causes a disparity in the counts as shown in the database and actual stock on the shelves. If they can scan a QR label to bring up the exact part, it will make the process a lot easier on all sides.
