We need a super easy way that the techs in the field and even the office team can see the current BOM for a project. The app doesn't work well for techs on site because it's task-oriented and not a project overview style.
Ideally, there would be a live link we can share in Slack that the installers can click to always get the latest approved information for the job.
Currently, the "download installer report" is scary because if we send that to the team but then the client approves a few change orders, that report is now out of date because it's a downloaded PDF. With a lot going on each day, we don't have time to download the installer report each time a change order gets accepted.
