Increase Character Limit in Terms and Conditions

The character limit to the current terms and conditions is 10k. The work around to get more characters is to add a paragraph (name it terms and conditions) and then paste into the paragraph (which has an 80K character limit). However, with this workaround you lose the ability to have "term settings" (such as must accept terms, must scroll to end)
