Our service technicians would like to reference previous visits through the calendar. Now, once a service call has been moved from "Scheduled" to another bucket (Ready to Invoice or Completed) the call is removed from the calendar. A the service manager, I would like to be able to scroll back a couple weeks on the calendar and take a look. Maybe the calls can remain on the calendar, but get grayed out or something after they are completed?
