Make Payment Automation for Service Contracts available for Office to manually set up for the customer

Currently to set up a payment automation for a service contract you have to send to the customer and they have to set it up manually. I'd like for there to also be an option for the office to do this for them. Quickbooks has this option and there is a check box that confirms "yes I have a signed form allowing me to set up autopay" and has a link to suggest such form. that covers the legalities. We had many people on service contract before switching to dtools and to track them all down and make sure they do this now would be a huge task.
