There is no good way of configuring the service windows I need because they are auto generated. My technicians get a lunch break. I have no way of doing 3 appointment slots per day at 9-11, 11-1, and 2-4. The way these time slots are automatically generated is fine as an option, but I want the option to manually set them.
The customizable appointment service window duration is another good idea, but I'd do this by letting us select "appointment type" and having different types of appointments have varying durations.
