Scheduling > Add tasks - Select all by phase

When in the global calendar doing scheduling, And adding tasks - I can Select All but it selects all tasks attached to the project. I would like to be able to tick all tasks in a phase rather than selecting the 10 or 20 tasks that belong to that phase, as the Select All is going to hit all tasks in all phases. This is simply a time-saver.
