The service call module needs some attention. It's feature poor in comparison to the proposal and projects modules. Once major issue we are repeatedly come across is when a service call requires new equipment to be sold, there is no way to see the cost of the equipment in the service call. How are we supposed to see if we are profitable on a service call if we can't see the cost of the equipment.
